The military junta’s violence against innocent civilians will not be tolerated by the international


165 civilians were killed in an aerial attack by the military junta on PaziGyi village, KantBaLu Township in Sagaing Division on April 11th.



There were statements from the international community that the military junta's violence against innocent civilians was unacceptable.


The Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly condemned the violence and urged them to immediately shut down the violence and provide medical treatment to the injured people.

Malaysia's Bernama news reported on April 12th that Malaysia's foreign minister stated that Malaysia opposes any kind of violence or harsh treatment of civilians in Myanmar.


In a statement released by Norway's foreign minister, all violence, including attacks on civilians, must stop at once. International law must be respected and those responsible must be held accountable.


The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Australia expressed its concern over the news of air strikes by the military junta in Sagaing and Chin State and strongly condemned the actions of the Myanmar military junta.


Amnesty International, a London-based n international non-governmental organization focused on human rights, released a report on November 3 calling on countries and companies to stop refueling aircraft for the military council's air force.
